Well-being Afternoon - 3 July 2020

Come and relax in the gorgeous surroundings of the Italian Garden. We’ll focus on relaxation techniques and meditations. Learn about mindfulness and all the benefits this ancient technique can bring to you. 

Currently limited to 8 people to allow plenty of personal interaction. No previous experience is necessary.  You will need a camp chair or yoga mat. Simple refreshments will be provided.
