A relaxing and playful afternoon with artist & nature and forest therapy guide, Emma Capper, exploring these beautiful gardens through deep sensory immersion.
The Art of Being afternoon offers a combination of forest bathing and the expressive arts. Forest bathing or “Shinrin-yoku” is a health promoting practice originated in Japan. Translating as “bathing in the atmosphere of the forest” it is a practice akin to mindfulness where you are invited to connect through your senses to nature.
Intuitive or expressive art is the process of creating guided by what feels interesting and good to you in that moment.
No art experience necessary.
